Karuna has lived many places in the world - California, Colorado, Vermont, Nova Scotia, Nepal, and Thailand just to name a few! For a long time, Asheville, NC held an allure for Karuna. Then one day, she was flipping through a magazine and stopped at a full page ad that said, "Asheville is calling. Will you answer?" She answered, moving 6 months later, and hasn't looked backed.

Since moving to Asheville, Karuna has created deep roots within the community. She is a natural networker and delights in making new connections. Her clients have the opportunity to access many resources and connections through Karuna. She is also highly organized so she tends to share these resources through her infamous spreadsheets!

Karuna's first career was in mental health as a clinical counselor. Her deepest desire in life has always been to understand and help people, and this is her aim in real estate as well. She wants to help her clients reach their dreams.

Karuna's love for real estate is also personal. She loves being a homeowner. Karuna first owned a house in West Asheville, and now she owns and operates a horse farm in Canton (15 minutes outside Asheville), Star Brook Farm. She lives there with her partner, 3 mustang horses, 4 rescued cats (3 are foster failures!), and 3 rescued dogs. She understands what it's like to have a dream come true through home ownership.
